That chap who played the mobster boss chappy in Batman Begins had a fairly iffy accent, presumably they don't do as much dialect coaching for bit parts... Also the accent of the bloke who plays Mark's boss in Peep Show when he was in Jekyll, that was atrocious. Also Jane Birkin's French accent (or rather the Obvious Englishness of her accent when singing in French) in her early songs with Serge Gainsbourg is pretty bad, but I swear it actually gets worse later on, presumably she started putting it on as it was part of the shtick...
